Bentley Associates through its network of qualified technical personnel under the direction of Bob Parisien, co-founder and technologies manager for Bentley Associates can provide professional and effective technical services for you or your business.

Bob who retired from the FBI as Supervisor and investigative technologies manager for the Boston office, offers years of professional experience and training received from a career of technical assignments for the FBI. He was personally involved with all major FBI electronic surveillance installations in the four state eastern New England region. Bob was a 12-year member of the FBI's six person National Technical Advisors Committee and was chairman of this committee for 5 of those years. This committee represented all FBI field technical Special Agents and worked with the FBI's research and development departments on all aspects of technical surveillance and evidence gathering systems. Bob's technical skills were often called upon by other State and Federal Law Enforcement agencies. Bob received numerous awards and commendations from FBI Directors for his successes.

Through training and work experience Bob developed a broad range of knowledge of closed circuit television, telephonic intercepts, microphone installations and the countermeasures to the above as well. Bob is a recognized expert in this field.

COVERT CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION SYSTEMS

		We have a team of former FBI and Telephone Company professionals trained in the science of counter measures. This experience was gained through years of FBI training and actual installations of electronic monitoring devices for the FBI. They also received countless hours of training in counter measures. The combined experience of Bentley personnel includes conducting hundreds of counter measures sweeps at FBI and other government offices and facilities at both domestic and international locations. OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM

     Alfred F. Engeleit is a telecommunications expert. He is currently engaged in the installation and maintenance of electronic telephone systems. This includes traffic and toll analysis with system auditing to discover toll fraud.
     Fred's experience in this field was acquired from over 30 years working for the New York telephone Company and American Telephone & Telegraph. His duties included the engineering installations, maintenance and repair of key systems and PBX equipment. While assigned to the PBX Engineering Department, he received extensive training on hardware and software implementation and repair of electronic stored program customer premise switching equipment.
     Fred is a recognized expert in the field of telephone switching and PBX's. He is also a communication consultant for various Federal Agencies.

     Edward M. Lahey is a recognized expert in the field of electronic countermeasures, performing security sweeps at major corporations throughout the United States. He has over the years remained current in the modern technological field of electronic intrusion.
     Ed gained this experience through a 29 year career in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Ed served as a Technically Trained Agent for seventeen of those years, retiring from the FBI as Investigative Technologies Manager for the Albany N.Y. field Office, where he was responsible for all court authorized technology intercepts and countermeasures for that field office.
     Ed received FBI training in all facets of electronic intercepts and countermeasures. He developed a broad range of knowledge of closed circuit television, telephonic intercepts, microphone installations and the countermeasures to the aforementioned. While in the FBI he was responsible for all technical and electronic matters for the FBI during the Lake Placid Olympic Games.
     Since retiring he has performed countermeasures for numerous corporations and high profile individuals. Ed in 1992 also taught in Spanish, countermeasures and electronic surveillance to members of the Peruvian Military in Lima, Peru.
     Ed is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Marketing. Ed is also fluent in Spanish.
