    John P. DeCourcy is the founder and President of Bentley Associates Inc., a private investigative and consulting firm founded in April 1995.
    Jack's experience includes a wide range of litigation related investigations. He has extensive experience in locating both people and their assets.

   

 

    Jack worked a major internal Financial Fraud matter for a Fortune 100 company. This resulted in the dismissal of numerous employees and the savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars. He also worked on the tracking of funds and cash disbursements of an employee, for a large privately owned European Telecommunications Company. He arranged for protection details in South America and Southeast Asia for executives of the same company. Jack was also tasked to conduct an investigation on a high profile Union Official.
    Prior to his involvement with Bentley Associates, Jack spent 23 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Jack distinguished himself as a White Color Crime expert. His experience includes investigations into Bank Fraud, Financial Fraud, Political Corruption, Health Care Fraud, Defense Department Contract Fraud and Organized Crime.
    Jack was case manager on numerous high profile and complex investigations. He received numerous awards and commendations, and was a recognized expert in his field.
    Jack is a Bentley College graduate with a B.S. in Accounting. Prior to entering into the FBI, he worked as an auditor for an insurance company, and a National oil company. Jack is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Robert G. Parisien
is a co-founder, and Chief Operating Officer for Bentley Associates, a private investigative and consulting firm founded in April 1995.

Bob was an experienced manager with Arthur Andersen in their Business Fraud Investigative Services, where he gained experience investigating Financial Fraud matters, and consulting in asset protection, physical security issues.

 

    Prior to this Bob completed a 29 year career in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During this career Bob specialized in organized crime related matters. This includes investigations concerning, Fraud, Anti-Trust matters, Interstate Transportation of Stolen Property, Political Corruption, Theft From Interstate Shipments and Racketeering.
   While assigned to the Newark N.J. office of the FBI, he was senior investigator of an organized crime matter in the Carting industry. This investigation was the subject of a made for television movie released in 1986.
    Bob has extensive overseas experience having worked investigations in Central Africa and serving as an Assistant Legal Attache in the U.S. Embassy Paris, France. Bob is fluent in French.
    Bob finished his career in the FBI as supervisor and investigative technologies manager for the Boston MA office, where he was responsible for all investigative technology matters for the four eastern New England states. He was actively involved in all facets of electronic surveillance and counter measures.
    During this period he received extensive training in telephone intercepts, covert camera and microphone deployments. He was also trained in locating concealed electronic monitoring devices. He served on the FBI's six man Technical Advisors Committee for 12 years and was Chairman of this committee for five years.
    Bob has lectured to Federal, State and Local law enforcement, and the business community on criminal matters, as well as security and telephony issues. Bob has received numerous awards and commendations and was a recognized expert in his field.
    Bob is a Bentley College graduate with a B.S. in Accounting.






    James Marshall is the Director of Security and Asset Protection for Bentley Associates.
    Jim recently retired with the rank of Lieutenant from the Massachusetts State Police (MSP) after 32 years of service. During his last ten years with the MSP he served as State Police Operations Officer at Logan International Airport. Jim was liaison to all Federal and International Law Enforcement and Security offices for terrorism and security related matters. This includes the FBI, DEA, CIA, US Marshall Service, US Customs, US Immigration, FAA, Interpol as well as Security offices from Domestic and Foreign Airlines.

 

    Jim's responsibilities included the planning, implementing and co-ordination of security for Foreign Heads of State to include the President of the United States. He was also responsible for the security of extremely high valued cargo, such as pieces of Fine Art to include the Mona Lisa and very sensitive electronics equipment. He worked with the Boston Museum of Fine Art as well as other museums, and Curators throughout the world in providing security for priceless artifacts and paintings.
    Prior to this Jim served as Commanding Officer of the State Police unit to the State of Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, Criminal Division Unit. Jim supervised and managed major narcotics investigations, white-collar crime matters, political corruption cases and fraud matters.
    Jim is an Honors graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Criminal Justice. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Secret Service Protection School; FAA Security School and the New England Police Command Staff School. Jim is a past Vice President of the International Association of Airport and Seaport Police. He is also a veteran of the US Army, Military Police.
