| Thomas
l. Papineau
is a licensed investigator in the State of Massachusetts. Tom is
an experienced investigator whose skills include report writing, interviewing,
surveillance, fraud investigations and other white collar crime matters.
Tom's services are being offered as an affiliate of Bentley Associates.
His services also include personal security both domestic and international.
He is also a licensed commercial instrument rated fixed wing and rotary
wing pilot with a type rating in the Cessna Citation Business Jet. Tom has over 25 years of investigative experience to include 15 years as a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation and 7 years as an Inspector General for Investigations with the Environmental Protection Agency, where he was responsible for a 13 state area, including New England. While with the EPA, Tom managed investigations of violations of Federal environmental law, fraud in the awarding of Government environmental contracts, contract violations during remediation at Superfund sites and violations of the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts. While in the FBI Tom worked organized crime related investigations and white-collar crime matters. He received numerous commendations and awards for his contributions. Tom received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Education from Worcester State College. He is a former officer and aviator in the U.S. Marine Corps, and a veteran of Vietnam. |

John T. Burke
is a licensed private investigator in the State of Massachusetts.
He has a broad range of investigative experience to include due diligence,
asset search, and pre-employment screening investigations. John is an experienced interviewer and report writer. This comes from a lifetime of investigative and law enforcement experience. John has his own investigative agency that also offers document retrieval and civil process serving for area law firms. John's services are being offered in conjunction with Bentley Associates, Inc. John served as Investigative Analyst with State Street Bank and Trust Company, Boston Massachusetts, coordinating both international and domestic due diligence investigations for them. Prior to this John completed a 32 year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During this career John served as both supervisor and lead investigator in numerous complex investigations. He served on the New England Financial Crimes Task Force responsible for investigating complex bank fraud violations, including internal fraud, check fraud, bankruptcy fraud and money laundering. John was supervisor of the New England Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force, coordinating joint investigations with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. John received numerous commendations and awards, for his successes as an investigator. John has his M.S. in Criminal Justice from Fitchburg State College, and a B.A. in History from Franklin Pierce College. |
| Thomas
F. Donlan III
has recently finished a 31 year career as a Special Agent in the Federal
Bureau of Investigation. At the time of his retirement from the Boston Office,
he was regional polygraph examiner for the FBI. During his last fifteen
years he conducted over 1300 specific issue and screening polygraph examinations
throughout the United States and foreign countries. These examinations include
highly sensitive and high profile investigations such as kidnappings, murder,
espionage, armored car robberies, bank larceny, illegal drugs, extortion,
public corruption, fraud and terrorism. Tom has testified numerous times in federal and state courts regarding admissions and confessions obtained during polygraph examinations resulting in convictions. He has received numerous incentive awards for his polygraph work. Tom received training at the United States Department of Defense Polygraph Institute in the basic polygraph examiner course. This is a four-month graduate level course of instruction in psychology, physiology and the forensic science of polygraph. He also attended the University of Virginia Advanced Polygraph Studies School. Throughout his 15-year polygraph career Tom has attended numerous seminars in interview and interrogation, behavioral science, foreign counter-intelligence and criminal matters. Tom is a certified polygraph examiner for the U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI. He is also licensed to conduct polygraph examinations in Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont. Tom is a member of the American Polygraph Association, American Association of Police Polygraphists and the Society of Former Agents of the FBI. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles. |

P. Klaskin
brings a lifetime of experience in fraud investigations, and physical
security issues to Bentley Associates, and is considered a valued
asset to our team. Don most recently was a manager in the Business Fraud and Asset Protection Consulting Services for Arthur Andersen in their New England market circle. While with Arthur Andersen he developed and implemented strategies for identifying, assessing and addressing client security risks. He developed security management programs including policy and procedures, compliance programs, specifications for security systems and equipment to protect assets of financial institutions, commercial businesses and public utilities. Don also was principal and founder of Corporate Security Solutions, Ltd., where he specialized in assisting clients in developing corporate strategy for identifying and addressing security risks. He assisted in formulating security policies and in the development and implementation of procedure manuals and training programs. Don also served as Vice President, Director of Security for Fleet Bank of Massachusetts following their 1991 acquisition of the Bank of New England, where he was Vice President Director of Security. While there Don planned and implemented a $3.6M project to convert all alarm monitoring to a single proprietary system, reducing expenses by over $1.4M per year. As Director of Security he was responsible for all aspects of security for all locations both domestic and international. Prior to this Don worked for a respected New York private investigative firm, and New York financial Institutions conducting fraud and other investigations. Don is a graduate of Fordham University with a BS in Accounting. |

New Jersey area. Jim has a broad range of investigative experience. He is
an expert interviewer and report writer. This comes from a lifetime of investigative
and law enforcement experience. Jim's services are being offered in conjunction
with Bentley Associates. Jim most recently was the Director of Corporate Security for a National food company. Prior to this Jim retired with over 25 years service from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Jim's FBI experience includes both supervising and senior investigator in complex white-collar crime and organized crime investigations. He has extensive experience in all levels of corruption and labor union matters. Jim spent his last seven years assisting the National Security Agency in performing their functions. | Bob
McCarthy
is an experienced lecturer in management science to include work
place violence issues and concerns. This experience was gained through a
career in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he spent over 14 years
managing the FBI’s Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar, at the
FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia. Bob worked in various investigative and managerial capacities during his 28 year FBI career. He spent 18 years assigned to the Management Science Unit at the FBI training facility in Quantico Virginia. There he provided training and instruction to thousands of law enforcement executives from throughout the U.S. and the world. Bob has also lectured in the international arena in Great Britain, Norway, Germany, Asia and the Caribbean Islands. Bob continues to lecture and provide instruction to the FBI National Executive Institute and the FBI National Academy program, the FBI Executive Development Institute and the DEA's Management Development program. Most of Bob's clients are municipal and state law enforcement agencies. Bob is a member of the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association, the FBI National Academy Associates and the IACP Education and Training Committee. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Virginia, George Mason University, and Georgetown University. Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from St. Anselm College, a Master of Public Administration in Human Resource Administration from the University of Southern California, and has studied at the Doctoral level in the area of Public Administration at George Mason University. "Jack" Rossiter is a private investigator in the Philadelphia

O'Donnell is a private investigator in the Philadelphia, PA area.
He has a broad range of investigative experience, which comes from a career
in law enforcement. Pete has his own investigative agency who’s services

Pete retired as a Special Agent from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, following a 27 year career conducting organized crime and foreign counterintelligence investigations. Pete was senior investigator in numerous complex and highly sensitive counterintelligence matters. Pete was an FBI spokesperson for more than 12 years and a guest speaker at CIA headquarters, the FBI Training Academy, British Intelligence Service and the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service.
